Podcast: It's gonna be May, Gemonee Brown Guest Interview
The guys are updating our listeners on WKU news, with a special guest...no, it's not Justin Timberlake, but the much more attractive, the one and only, 2014-15 Football Hilltopper alum, Gemonee Brown!
This week, Devin Stewart is joined by “Mad” Matt McCay, resident writer and analyst, and Gemonee Brown, WKU Alumni, Former Defensive Lineman, and Business Tycoon, as we bring you the longest-running podcast following WKU athletics.
Gemonee Brown is a star real estate agent in the Bowling Green area, but he’s also now heavily involved at WKU, sponsoring events with his business, giving back, being a major part of the WKU Football Alumni Council, he’s been featured in several alumni articles, and he’s also a volunteer on several committees and involved in several organization on The Hill and around greater Bowling Green. He’s a good man, and we would highly encourage you to “Make Money with Gemonee”!
On the latest episode, we update WKU fans on Baseball, Softball, Lady Topper and Men’s Basketball updates, and Football talk with Gemonee Brown.
By the way, if you don’t get the “It’s Gonna Be May” reference or mentioning Justin Timberlake, let’s put all of the pieces together for you*:
This was a great conversation with Gemonee, with a lot of insight into Jeff Brohm, Deon Yelder, Dennis Edwards’ badonkadonk’s reputation, alumni relations and his involvement, etc. One of the most interesting moments was us talking about why Gemonee loved WKU.
It’s safe to say we know Gemonee loves the Tops, but what made him fall in love with Bowling Green and WKU? Make sure you give it a listen!

*Matt McCay had no idea what the “It’s Gonna be May” reference was to, so if you think this is an over-explanation, well, that’s because Matt’s a little slow. #BlessHisHeart
