CEL joined the Tops for the 2017 season after spending time with TCU and Arkansas State. With the Tops, he caught 42 passes for 473 yards and four touchdowns, and near instantly became a fan favorite.

Indy isn’t the worst place for him. TY Hilton is really the only name stay on the receiving corps, so if CEL impressed, he could make a home with the Horseshoes.

Also, Indy has a familiarity with WKU, after signing Jack Doyle as a UDFA and we all know how well that played out for everyone.
