#ProTops: Counting Snaps From Week 13 of the NFL Season
It was a great week for one ProTopper (you already know who) while a second saw the most work he’s seen all year.
It was a great week for one ProTopper (you already know who) while a second saw the most work he’s seen all year.
Jack Doyle, Indianapolis Colts
Doyle is out for the remainder of the year with a kidney injury.
Joel Iyiegbuniwe, Chicago Bears
Iggy saw 31 special teams snaps as the Bears got upset by the Giants.
Taywan Taylor, Tennessee Titans
After missing the past three games with a foot injury, Taywan exploded for the Titans, catching three balls for 104 yards, making the best of seeing the field for just 29 snaps.
You can tell he was excited to actually be used.
Marcus Mariota overshot him on what would have been an easy touchdown or his day would have been that much better.
Tyler Higbee, Los Angeles Rams
Higbee saw 47 offensive snaps and seven on special teams in the Rams’ win over Detroit. Higbee, who hasn’t been getting a lot of attention in a very lethal Rams offense, saw just three targets and caught two balls for 19 yards.
Forrest Lamp, Los Angeles Chargers
Lamp has seen action just once this year, seeing seven snaps in Week 6 against Cleveland, and if this Q&A with Bolts From The Blue is any indication, it’s the Chargers’ coaching staff playing hardball with his injury recovery.
Mike White, Dallas Cowboys
White has yet to see the field this year as backup. Cooper Rush has taken the only six snaps that Dak Prescott hasn’t.
George Fant, Seattle Seahawks
Fant’s offensive workload continues to improve, as he saw a season-best 27 offensive snaps in the ‘Hawks win over San Francisco. He also logged seven special teams snaps.
Deon Yelder, Kansas City Chiefs
Yelder didn’t see the field in Kansas City’s win over Oakland.
