The Cards signed Doughty back in April after being released by the Dolphins, the team that drafted him, but then used their Top 10 draft pick to select the future of the franchise at the position, leaving playing time for Doughty in question.

Arizona went from a promising situation to one where there was no future for him there in a snap.

Doughty now plays the waiting game to see where he’ll land next.
