He hasn’t been on campus but for, what, two weeks(?) and outlets are already putting Charles Bassey on their way-too-early big boards for the 2019 NBA Draft.
Sports Illustrated has Bassey the highest, putting him at #11.
His skill set has begun to expand a bit, and he has some shooting touch, but Bassey is probably best off focusing on banging in the paint and showcasing his rim-running skills next season. In a draft that looks thin on bigs, he stands to benefit.

The Sporting News also includes Bassey, having him come in at #22, saying he still needs to improve his overall skill level, but highlights his rebounding and rim protecting attributes.
Bassey still needs to improve his overall skill level, but he’s a good athlete, rebounder and rim protector. As with all bigs, figuring out what role he can play in the NBA and then willingly taking on that role will be paramount.

Finally, SBNation has Bassey listed the lowest, coming in at #28.
Mitchell Robinson never played for Western Kentucky, but head coach Rick Stansbury went out and got himself another five-star center for this upcoming season, too. Bassey just reclassified to join the Hilltoppers, projecting as a long and strong 6’10 big man who can dive to the rim, block shots, and hit some mid-range jumpers.

Get used to those Mitchell Robinson comparisons and literally never escaping his name.
Bassey was omitted from this CBS projection, but they only did lottery picks (so, take that as you will).
While we obviously don’t know the order for the 2019 draft, if we assume the order lines up like 2018 did, then the projections have Bassey going to Charlotte (or the Clippers, as LA traded their pick to the Hornets), Chicago (or New Orleans) and/or Golden State (I don’t think anyone would complain about that).
