WKU Basketball: IU Transfer Khristian Lander Commits to WKU
A former five star recruit is coming to the Hill
Rick Stansbury knew that he would have to attack the transfer portal and reload and with this commitment along with Dontaie Allen from UK, so far so good.
Lander played two seasons at Indiana but only averaged 2.4 points and appeared in 39 games in his Hoosier career.
He was listed as a five star recruit (according to 247 Sports) as a member of the 2020 recruiting class coming out of Francis Joseph Reitz school in Evansville, Indiana.

Lander, a guard that is 6’2 and 185 lbs, now joins a fully loaded Hilltopper backcourt consisting of Dayvion McKnight and Dontaie Allen. Just the thought of those three on the court at the same time will help re-energize the fanbase and build hype towards next season.
His dad Keith Lander was a dimeback at WKU on the football team in the late 90s.
