Excitement Level — 6
Last week’s bitter defeat continues to lessen the excitement that everyone was feeling going into the season. The crowd should be better than expected due to parent’s weekend. This game is a must win for Mike Sanford to lessen some displeasure from fans. The return of former coach David Elson also adds some intrigue to the game. A win here and WKU’s season can get back on track with a bye week and winnable games against UTEP and Charlotte in the next three weeks.
Go Tops! A win tonight and the upcoming schedule is very favorable to get the season back on track. We’ll be providing live coverage of this crucial match-up. If you’re there send us your tailgating and in-game pictures via Twitter at @TheTowelRackWKU or on our Facebook page and we’ll share.
