On Wednesday, Pelham, Alabama’s Brock Higdon, who back in July verbally committed to the Hilltoppers, announced a switch in his commitment and announced he has committed to the University of South Alabama.
Upon Higdon’s commitment to WKU, this is what we said about him,
Even though he does move well, he doesn’t seem to be “fast,” but he doesn’t have any problem getting where he needs to go. He also wants to hurt you, and is going to bring some hurt to opposing offenses here in the near future.
Higdon’s flip is the second decommitment from the Class of 2019 for WKU, after offensive lineman Joshua Black decommitted from WKU to Georgia Tech.
Per 247Sports, WKU’s hard committments for the 2019 class stands at 15: Dalvin Smith, Tylan Morton, Stephone Atkinson, Ricky Barber, Daylen Powell, Cory Munson, Desmond Johnson, Garrett Jennings, Travares Springer, Wes Dorsey, Jordan Flack, Clayton Bush, Terrell Jennings, Mitchell Harralson and Javion Posey.
