On Thursday night, three-star cornerback prospect Marcus Lafrance unveiled his top six schools, and the Hilltoppers have made the cut.
In this interview by 247Sports’ Corey Bender from back in March, Lafrance said it was the Kentucky Trio — WKU, UKY and UofL — who were recruiting him the hardest. Something must have changed, or Lafrance really likes WKU above the other two, because neither are in his final six.
Lafrance also said the Miami Hurricanes were starting to show him a lot of love, but something must not have gone as planned there too, for they are absent from his top schools as well.
The Floridian has 14 offers.
As it stands right now, the Tops’ 2019 recruiting class has nine members and sits ranked the third-best class in Conference USA by 247Sports and Rivals.
